Danica Adolfsson
Danica is a Clinical Psychologist who has extensive experience working with eating concerns and complex co-morbid presentations, across a variety of different settings.
Danica has a warm approach and aims to provide a space where her clients can feel comfortable and safe to express challenging emotions they may be facing. Danica is passionate about providing treatment that empowers individuals to make choices in their life that align with their values outside of the eating disorder whilst upholding a structured, evidence-based approach
In addition, Danica is registered as a board approved clinical supervisor with AHPRA. Danica is the primary clinical supervisor at Centre for Integrative Health and overseas the training, development, and case management of our early-career clinicians.

Chelsea is an engaging and compassionate masters-qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian.
She aims to create a warm and non-judgemental space in which her clients feel accepted and valued.
Chelsea understands the importance of active listening and believes that the best outcomes result from collaboration between client and practitioner.

Chelsea’s favourite part about being a Dietitian is having the privilege to help others. Chelsea is interested in practicing dietetics from a Non-Diet, Health at Every Size approach. She is passionate about supporting clients to build healthy relationships with food, eat intuitively and is interested in the role that mindfulness plays in eating disorder recovery.

Brianna Donnelly
Brianna is a counselling psychology registrar who has experience working with children, adults and families presenting with eating concerns and co-occurring concerns.
Brianna takes a person-centered, strength-based approach to client care. Brianna is considerate about how context (culture, gender, sexual orientation, and SES) and environment (family, work, social support) intersect with eating and body image concerns.
Brianna strongly emphasizes building therapeutic relationships with her clients to allow a safe, trusting space for individuals to openly explore their thoughts and emotions throughout recovery.

Psychiatrist
Dr. Nga Tran
Dr Nga Tran is a warm, compassionate, and enthusiastic consultant psychiatrist with over 13 year’s experience across both the public and private mental-health sector.
Nga has a particular interest in the assessment and multi-disciplinary treatment of complex presentations such as eating disorders. She enjoys integrating her understanding of biological processes with psychological and social factors to provide holistic treatment for individuals and families.

Special Interests
Nga is available to provide assessments and diagnoses for those with eating disorders, suspected eating disorders, and/or eating disorders occurring in the context of other co-morbidities (including but not limited to suspected ADHD, complex trauma, ASD and other psychiatric disorders).
Nga is able to develop and review Eating Disorder Management Plans as well as provide second opinions for individuals with eating disorders for both individuals and their treating practitioners who are seeking clarification regarding diagnosis and treatment planning. Finally, Nga works collaboratively within CFIH’s clinical team, providing additional appointments for clients currently receiving treatment at CFIH as the need to do so arises.
At this stage, Nga is not currently available for individuals aged under 18 years old or those without an eating disorder.

A referral is required if you are seeking a rebate under Medicare. However, if you prefer to pay privately and forgo your Medicare referral then no referral is required.

Dr. Kiera Buchanan
Dr. Kiera Buchanan is the founding director of Centre for Integrative Health. Kiera is registered as both a Clinical Psychologist and a Health Psychologist after completing the dual Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology. Kiera is also a board-approved supervisor.
Kiera recognises that her vision for addressing the current epidemic in eating- and weight-related concerns is one best realised through collaboration and joined efforts. As such, Centre for Integrative Health was opened with the vision of creating a team of passionate, dedicated, and expert practitioners who would work collectively to liberate society from eating- and body-image concerns and in turn, foster body acceptance and diversity globally.
