If you are a new or prospective client wanting to enquire about our services or get started with us, please book in for a free, no-obligation intake call with one of our intake officers.

The call is a distraction-free opportunity for us to tell you about us and what we do, to answer your questions, and to learn a bit about you to support us in determining whether we're the right place for you at this current point in time. Book here 

Cancellation Request

If you’re looking to cancel an appointment with less than 2 business days’ notice, you will be charged a $100 administration fee. If you’re looking to cancel an appointment that is less than 1 business days’ notice, you will be charged the full fee. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Telehealth Request

In order to ensure that clients achieve the best possible outcomes, we ask that clients attend all sessions in person except in the case of COVID related circumstances or other exceptional circumstances preventing you from attending in person. Please note, we do not offer initial assessments via telehealth under any circumstances.

Public Transport

Several bus routes operate along Kelvin Grove Road, and stop within a minute’s walk of the clinic. The nearest bus stops are numbers 12 and 13, inbound and outbound.

Parking

There is parking available at the clinic for up to 7 cars. There is also on-street parking (2 hours) in the surrounding streets of Red Hill and Kelvin Grove. There is paid parking at Kelvin Grove Urban Village, less than a 500 metre walk away.

Parking is available either on the ground floor outside the Corporate Centre entrance, or in the underground basement car park (use the lift or the travelator to access ground floor).

In order to manage our waiting lists and to ensure others seeking treatments are able to access our services in a timely manner, we do have a strict cancellation and rebooking process.

If you are looking to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we require 3 or more business days’ notice to do so without a penalty.
